The Junior JR-D/JR20-D is a versatile digital meter available in 6-digit (14mm) and 4-digit (20mm) LED display variants, housed in a compact 1/8 DIN format (96 x 48mm panel cutout). Compatible with a wide range of input signal types, it operates as either a unidirectional counter or tachometer (RPM or rate). It accepts a universal AC/DC power supply (20–265V AC / 11–265V DC) and provides onboard sensor excitation of 8V or 24V DC.
This product has the following features:
- Accepts multiple input signal types including high voltage (10–600V AC), magnetic, NAMUR, NPN/PNP sensors, TTL/24V encoders, and contact switches.
- Fully configurable via three front panel keys, with programmable factor, offset, decimal point, and scalable engineering units.
- Built-in totalizer function with cumulative pulse counting across multiple processes, plus remote reset capability.
- Max/Min value detection, saving, and recall when operating in tachometer mode.
- Optional 2RE output module providing two independently programmable relay alarm outputs (8A, SPDT).
- IP65 frontal protection rating, suitable for panel-mount installation with included sealing gasket and fixing clips.
